ELECTRONICS (AMPLIFIERS/CROSSOVERS) LIMITED WARRANTY

When purchased directly from the Bully Performance Audio we warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on arrival when we ship. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Any purchase made on a Bully Performance Audio Amplifier comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. If within a year the amplifier gives out on you. We will replace it with a warranty fulfillment fee.

SPEAKERS (COAXIAL/MIDRANGE) LIMITED WARRANTY

When purchased directly from the Bully Performance Audio we warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on arrival when we ship. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Any purchase made on a Bully Performance Audio Coaxial and Midrange Speakers comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with this product you have 30 days to return and receive a full refund.

SUBWOOFERS LIMITED WARRANTY

When purchased directly from the Bully Performance Audio we warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on arrival when we ship. If you are not happy with this product you have 30 days to return and receive a full refund.

TWEETERS LIMITED WARRANTY

When purchased directly from the Bully Performance Audio we warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on arrival when we ship. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Any purchase made on Bully Performance Audio Tweeters comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with this product you have 30 days to return and receive a full refund.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED WARRANTY OR SERVICE

Defective merchandise should be returned to Johnny’s Car Alarm & Tint/Bully Performance Audio for warranty. If it becomes necessary for you to return defective merchandise directly to Bully Performance Audio, email info@BullyPerformanceAudio.com for a Return Authorization.

Package all defective items in the original container or in a package that will prevent shipping damage, and return to:

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an Authorized Bully Performance Audio Dealer and used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation and/or subsequent damage to other components.
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV
    radiation.
  • Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse.
  • Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
  • Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product.
  • Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
  • Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
  • Products with tampered or missing barcode labels.
  • Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Freight Damage.
  • The cost of shipping product to Bully Performance Audio.
  • Service performed by anyone other than Bully Performance Audio.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Bully Performance Audio strives to maintain a goal of 1 week service for all returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or parts is encountered.
